Compensation and Benefits
The basic monthly salary is Rs. 50,925 in the pay scale of Rs. 50,925 – 2,500 (14)
- 85,925 – 2,710 (4) – 96,765, along with additional allowances such as DA, HRA,
CCA, etc. The total compensation is expected to be around Rs. 85,000 per month,
in addition to various benefits, including the New Pension Scheme,
Newspaper/lnternet Allowance, Leave Travel Subsidy, Medical Benefits, House
Furnishing Allowance, Household Help Allowance, Sodexo, Personal Accident
coverage, as well as housing, vehicle, and computer loans at subsidized interest
rates. Interest-free advances are also available for festivals, natural calamities,
and other purposes according to the Corporation’s policies upon confirmation of
service. Officers may also be eligible for Corporation-owned or leased
accommodation based on norms (currently, only leased accommodations are
available, with a monthly limit of Rs. 45,000 for lease accommodation in Mumbai).
